Vibha Dallas in association with MCOR is hosting its 11th Annual Kite Flying Festival sponsored by Texas Instruments.

Kite Flying Festival is for children to know about the science & history behind flying kites and learn the art of making kites.

We invite all children and their parents to participate, fly kites and have FUN !!!

You can buy kites or make your own kites at the event. You can also bring your own kites to the event.
