Vibha Dallas in association with MCOR is hosting its 7th Annual Kite Flying Festival sponsored by Texas Instruments.

The main purpose of Kite Flying Festival is for the Children to learn about kites, the science behind kites and how to make kites.

We Invite all the children and their parents to come, learn about kites, fly kites and have FUN !!!
