[edit] Eligibility Criterion

As the name suggests, the tournament is only for 16 teams.

All the semi finalists of FutureTech Vibha Cricket Cup will get the automatic entry into the tournament as well as in to quarterfinals.

• Pyramid gets a free team as they are the title sponsor.
• If we can not get the registration from all the 4 semi finalists, then we will give preference based on the following criteria.
  • 2009 semifinalist will be given preference. If more than one is registered, it will be picked by a lucky draw.
  • If the slots are not filled, then top 4 will be based on the lucky draw.

• Remaining 12 teams will play the round robin matches in 4 pools. One team from each pool will come out as winner.
• Four semifinalists from FutureTech Vibha Cricket Cup and the four winners from the round robin rounds will enter into quarter finals and play the knockout round. Quarter finals will be completed on July 10^th. Semis & finals will be held on July 11^th.

• If we get more than 16 teams, here is the selection criteria:
  • Preference will be given to top 16 teams of FutureTech Vibha Cricket Cup 2010.
  • Next preference will be for the registered teams of FutureTech Vibha Cricket Cup 2010.
  • If any slots left that will be given to new teams.

The eligible (top 16 teams) if they decide to participate, they have to give their confirmation and also mail the check by June 10th. Final deadline to register the teams is June 30^th and first come first serve will be the criteria after June10th.

NOTE:All the teams have to pay the registration fee irrespective of how they entered the tournament.
