Welcome to the very first All India Vibha Projects Conference – Pragati 2009! Pragati 2009 will be held in Bangalore from October 2nd to October 4th 2009. Please block your calendars for those dates should you plan to attend. You will be responsible for your travel and lodging expenses towards attending this conference.

All of Vibha's projects have confirmed their attendance and will be represented at this conference. There will be two attendees (one from Management and one senior person from the Implementation Team) from each project we fund, amongst the 29 NGOs we partner with across India.

The mission of Pragati 2009 is “Connect, Share & Leverage” for all our projects i.e:

1. CONNECT:
   1. With all project peers from other similar and diverse projects from across the country
   2. With people and advisors from industry and govt.
   3. Projects with Vibha volunteers, administrators and project owners who are the core of Vibha
2. SHARE:
   1. ALL project best practices that have worked in our projects for project peers, industry, volunteers and govt. to learn from
   2. ALL project worst practices that did not work in our projects for project peers, industry, volunteers and govt. to learn from
   3. ALL the problems and issues our projects face in project day-to-day functioning related to actual project work, administrative, finance, accounting, IT and more
3. LEVERAGE:
   1. Best practices from project peers from our projects and see how our other projects can implement the same at their project
   2. Vibha volunteers, administrators and staff for additional co-operation and assistance in accomplishing project goals
   3. Administrative knowledge and know-how shared (IT, Finance, Accounting, Govt. related issues and more) towards enhancing projects.

Please plan on being in Bangalore by the evening of October 1st and leaving on or after the evening of October 4th. We look forward to your participation and interaction at the conference.
