Vibha is almost entirely a volunteer-driven organization comprised of more than 800 working professionals and students spread across 14 Action Centers in the US and several cities in India. Vibha is essentially a semi virtual organization. We have a Board of Directors and a National Executive team overseeing all the functional areas (Fundraisers and Events, IT, Programs and Products, Projects, Marketing and Volunteer Relations) at a national level. In addition several cities across the country have their own Action Center. These Action Centers organize their own activities and elect their own office bearers. Individual Action Center Coordinators communicate with the other Action Centers and the National Executive teams.

Ron Victor
President and Treasurer, Vibha
Ron Victor is the Founder of Homeland Networks Corporation, a company that enables human interaction cross the internet with rich media applications and technologies. Ron has also been involved in other non-profit organizations such as American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and Missionaries of Charity.
Vijay Vemulapalli
Secretary, Vibha
Vijay works at Equifax Inc. in Atlanta as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer of Vibha since 1993 and has played a critical role in the growth of the Organization on several fronts. Over the years Vijay has been instrumental in forming the National Vibha Volunteer Network and starting the Atlanta Action Center. He is also a key member of the Projects Selection Committee. He holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.

Rajesh Haridas
Chief Operating Officer
Rajesh Haridas works at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer. He has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2001. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. Rajesh is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Vibha globally. He is also responsible for developing plans and budgets for the organization, overseeing project disbursals and interactions with the entire Vibha Volunteer community.
Kumar Parthasarathy
Director - Projects
Kumar works as a Senior Design Engineer at Texas Instruments Inc in Dallas, Texas. Kumar has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2005. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India and a Masters in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University. Kumar is responsible for leading and managing the efforts of the project selection and project monitoring teams and ensuring timely disbursals to projects in India.
Sarah Das
Director - Volunteer Relations
Sarah works at Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, a St.Jude Medical Company, in Dallas, Texas. She has been a volunteer with Vibha since 2006. She holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Sarah is responsible for managing the volunteer relations team. The charter of the volunteer relations team is to enable Vibha's mission of "empowering" individuals to effect positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children through volunteering.
Mukesh Mirchandani
Director - Fundraising Events
Mukesh works at Parametric Technologies Corp. as a Technical Account Manager. He has been volunteering with Vibha since early 2001. Mukesh holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo. As the director of the Fundraising Events team, he is responsible for ensuring that Vibha's fundraising targets are being met. Under Mukesh's leadership, the fundraising team is responsible for defining Vibha's event fundraising strategy and executing it in conjunction with the action centers. This team's charter includes helping established action centers scale their events and new action centers start with small fundraisers.
Ramdas Nagarajan
Director - Information Technology
Ramdas works as a Platform Architect with Intel Corporation in Oregon. He has been volunteering with Vibha since 2003. Ramdas holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India and a Masters and Doctorate degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. Ramdas is responsible for managing the overall Information Technology (IT) operations of Vibha which includes maintenance of the web server, mail server and various software infrastructure.
Harshad Parakh
Director - Fundraising Programs
Harshad works as a Reservoir Engineer for Shell Oil Co. Houston, TX. He has been volunteering with Vibha since 2002. Harshad holds a Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. Harshad is responsible for managing the Programs team. The charter of this team is to generate monetary resources through recurring programs such as the Help Them Grow Automated Donation Program, Vibha Beneficiary Program and Partnerships with Foundations/Corporations.
Balaji Rajam
Director - Marketing
Balaji works as an Integration Architect with TIBCO Software in the Bay Area. He has been volunteering with Vibha since 2005. Balaji holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Univeristy of Kerala. Balaji is responsible for managing the overall marketing effort for Vibha. The National Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness about the plight of underprivileged children and increasing the visibility of Vibha's efforts through various media channels.
Shruti Sheorey
Director - Patron Relations
Shruti works at Schlumberger, Houston as a Research Engineer. She has been volunteering with Vibha since 2006. Shruti holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is responsible for managing communications with our patrons and also for optimizing the associated tools and processes.
Vivek Sharma
Manager, Administration
In his role as Vibha's manager for administration, he is responsible for Vibha's financial management and accounting, receipting and a wide variety of other administrative tasks that ensure Vibha's ability to effectively execute on the mission and vision.
